I can't ID species on them, but your problem is definitely rot. When cacti are grouped together like that, it's very easy for them to trap water where they meet in the middle. To save them, you should cut and propagate any visibly living sections. (I'm not sure if the one in the bottom left is rotting or just a yellow variety.) To propagate these, use sterilized cutters (small bits can use normal clippers. Large sections can be cut with a saw or sharp kitchen knife.) And cut straight across (normally as low as possible, but with rot the ideal is a full inch above the visible rot. Just make do.) (All those pups will have small connections to the main plant and may break off before you can cut them.) Set the cuttings on a clean surface (i use a paper plate) in full sun, and wait a few days for the wounds to callous over. Plant them in cactus soil (you want much better drainage than potting soil.) Since yours have rot, you can treat with hydrogen peroxide when you plant them. After planting, water them in well, and for ongoing care, water about once to three times a month
