I repotted this string of turtles from its nursery pot in June when I received it. Shes grown quite a bit! Should I repot so soon? Shes looking like shes exploding out of the pot.

    You’ll want to always base pot size on the size of your root ball, not the outer plant. If you repot too soon then you risk getting root rot. If theres too much extra soil it’ll hold more water than the roots can soak up, stay moist longer, and suffocate the root system. If it was repotted in June it most likely has not outgrown the pot by now.

    String of turtles is a peperomia and peperomia are semi succulents that have shallow roots and like to be snug in their pots.

      Thank you! I thought about eventually changing to a hanging basket.

      That would be very pretty! When you do, honestly just keep it in the same size pot unless you pull it out and notice it's root bound. I have SOT propagating right now and plan to make a small hanging basket myself.

    Beautiful!! Mine is a brand new clipping and only has 4 leaves right now! Can’t wait for it to look like that!!
