Help!!! My Haworthia and Crasula Ovata are slowly getting too big for their lovely south facing window sill and the only place I can move them to is a west facing window (UK)… will they be ok? Been in their current spot for 2 years now so reluctant to move them but they catch on the blind and curtains and I’m worried they’re gonna get damaged, or worse fall.

yes! they will be ok in west 😊 i ‘ve had lots of succulents in my west-facing bay window over the years — this stonecrop has been here longest — a grow light is a good option, too

Thank you! I think I’m gonna have to move them and see how they do… I do have a grow light if necessary but they’ll be right in the window so may not need it till the shorter winter days x

you can also prune away anything that grows puny or leggy over the winter and get a good burst of new growth come spring/summer
