Watered my plant just before Christmas and it was green and healthy, but just noticed it today and it’s yellow, shrivelled up and bits broken off. Have given it some water and just wondering if someone knows if it will be ok or not. Thanks.

    If there’s any green it can be saved! What was your watering schedule like? Carefully remove from the pot and check the roots. You may have to do a big cut to remove the dead bits. Be sure to repot into a gritty cactus/ succulent mix, the current soil looks to be very compacted

    Is it dry and crumbly? It’s hard to tell from just one picture. Do you have a before picture? When you watered it, did you give it a lot of water and allowed it a chance to soak into the soil? Or just a small bit of water?
