SunnyIt’s either fertilizer salts (crystalized) or fungal growth (soft). You run water through the soil to flush the salts. You can scrape the soil to remove the obvious fungus or use a commercial fungicide. 🪴🍀

Very helpful! Thanks! I also have a healthy looking pup growing from the main plant, right now it’s about an inch tall and growing well. When would you say it would be a good time to propagate it and put it in its own pot?
