Can anyone help me identify this guy? I got it from a friend who didn’t know what it is and I’m brand new to succulents 😊

Have you tried googling? That might work.

So I’d tried googling and using the iPhone plant identify from a photo with mediocre results but I didn’t realize I could google the actual photo! (iPhone made me download the google app to do so) It’s possible it’s a Bergeranthus, according to the Google image match

Leaf snap says climbing aloe. The leaves on this one is a little lighter than my climbing aloe. I have a gasteria that got a little out of control like this with the number of pups. Here’s my climbing aloe for comparison.

This is a Haworthia!! This specific one just looks like aloe bc it is etoliated (stretched due to not receiving enough light)

If you haven’t already, I’d recommend checking the roots. If it is a Haworthia, the roots will be thick and white, and judging from the number of pups are in the container it’s likely the pot is rootbound

I was wondering if it was, it’s stretching so much it’s hard to ID. Great job!

Whatever it is, I think it needs more light and then maybe you’ll be able to tell better. They get stretched and lose their true colors when they don’t have enough light.
