     Yours looks very healthy! I'm not sure I'm still new with echeveria and I don't know much about the blooming process. This winter I gave them Growlights too supplement. I barely watered. And lately I've been giving them some direct sun light, window filtered, and I think they are responding to the season change

     For naming my mind is drawn to the uniquely beautiful green shade of your echeveria. Something about the word "Menthe" French. Menta, Italian. Regarding spearmint haha I saw the Greek word for it is "Dyosmos" . German "Minze" or Grune Minze or Krause Minze hahaha. Lots of European and Asian words for spear mint

   I have a few and the only ones that have bloomed flowers constantly were the ones I kept outdoors in direct sunlight. The ones that were inside even under growlights look happy but don’t bloom.
