Help! I got this plant about a month ago. I got it in this pot. I’ve tried to water it very little because I tend to over water my plants. I put it in the corner of my room but I don’t know if it’s getting enough sunlight. I’m not really sure what kind of plant it is. And I don’t know what’s wrong with it. Does it need water, more sunlight?
I’m betting more sunlight and less water 😊

It’s an echeveria! It’s needs full sun (I keep mine in my window) and water probably at most once a week. It needs to be watered well but needs a lot of time between watering. Make sure the soil is completely dry before watering and water the soil well. Try not to water the leaves and instead water the soil directly. There’s plenty more tips online or on the app. I have the exact same succulent so lmk if you have anymore questions! (pic is of my echeveria :D)

as a general rule succulents need lots of sunlight, well draining soil, and deep infrequent soaks. does the pot have drainage holes? it looks like this friend is sitting in too wet soil
0件のいいねIt doesn’t have drainage holes and I got it in this pot, but it’s ceramic so if I try to put holes in it, it will break 😕
0件のいいね yeah it def needs drainage holes for that excess water to get out. otherwise it sits in there and just rots those roots totally through
