Hey. So I have this little succulent here and I’m wondering… is he rootbound? Should I size up? He’s pretty tiny but yeah.

Yeah go on and size up! That is certainly root bound
1 gillaheck yeah he’s ready for a new pot! i’d only go one size up otherwise you risk the soil holding onto more water than the plant can manage and the roots could rot
2 gillningarGreat! I’ll do that. Thank you.
0 gillningardeeeeeefinitely only size up one, i repotted my zebra too early and just had to move her down today due to root rot taking like half her roots đź«
2 gillningarOh no. Hoping it recovers. They seem to be hardy.
1 gillaHey, Max! 1. Your dog is adorable. 2. Noticed you have one of your plants ID’d as a “sedum burrito”. Just wanted to let you know yours is actually sedum morganianum. Morganianum has more “banana-shaped” leaves versus burrito’s “bean-shaped” leaves. They’re extremely closely related and very often mislabeled in stores. If you’re new to that plant, fun fact: they’re incredibly easy to propagate if any of the leaves fall off. Best of luck with yours! This one’s mine for reference.
3 gillningarhi Adrian, thank you! and thanks for the tip, i really appreciate it! i thought it looked a little different than a regular burro, but it was unlabeled at the store so i just went with what my plant id app said. yes mine looks a lot like your’s, especially as it’s grown and started to hang more. good vibes to you n your cute puppy :)
