hi guys! i was hoping someone could help me figure out what was going on w my haworthia zebra plant. as you can see in the photos, the base is pink. the pink leaves are squishy and the leaves on top are drooping, which make me think it’s overwatered. however, there were a lot of super dry leaves at the bottom as well that broke off to the touch. is this a classic case of overwatering or something else? would appreciate any input. it’s a pot w a drainage hole at the bottom and only gets watered every 2 weeks. it’s also directly in a window.

definitely over watered. the soil was likely not gritty enough as well. i use a succulent mix with 80-90% coarse sand, pumice, and various grades of perlite for my haworthia. the remaining 10-20% is organic matter like worm castings, coco coir, and/or peat
