Christmas cactus seeds from my cross made Dec 2022 are finally getting their second leaves that actually look like false Christmas cactus. Wow what a really long process! No wonder people don’t propagate this way as often.

    Here here. I did a few propagations last week, and I’m officially over it. I have a big enough struggle figuring out mature plants. But you did it!

      I mostly did propagation work when I didn’t know that full, healthy plants were available in a few shops around town. I’ll do better with a ten-year old plant.

      Thanks. It’s been touch and go for months and months with these seedlings but I think I can officially call it a success. Likely a couple years from flowering though.
