Hi, I have this stonecrop that was etiolating and people suggested I get it better light and then try propagating it when it looked healthier. So I got a grow light and it looks much healthier, the first photo is before and the second two are after and it looks visibly greener despite the fact it loss multiple leaves. Now I am wondering if it looked ready to propagate or should I wait longer and if it is ready how should I do it?

Wait a few days after your next watering when the leaves are most plump. Break leaves cleanly off the stem and set them on a clean dry surface for a few days. Wait until the broken ends callus over. At this point I like to set them on dry soil and place them under the same sunlight my full succulents receive. There is no need to water them until the mother leaf is shriveled up.
