Hello, I recently got a large, healthy cactus and set it up about 5 feet from a window. While it will get a decent amount of light in the summer, the winter here hasn’t been that bright. I think plant lights may be a good idea to get it the light it needs but am struggling to figure out the best setup. Any suggestions?

They sell telescoping grow lights that are floor standing and counts as many as 6 adjustable bar light appendages. They come with a remote. Those lights may not be sufficient for such a large plant.

I agree with sunny. The light needs to come from above the plant.

I just recently got some hanging grow lights for my little plant area. I just got the bulbs and put them in something my brother made, so it’s very customizable and cheap! Although, I would highly recommend moving the cactus closer to the window during the summer so it can suck up all the light it can. It looks beautiful!

I really like the Sansi bulbs you can get on Amazon. I got a Hanging Lantern Pendant Light Lamp Cord and was able to hang it from my ceiling pretty simply.
