    First question with succulents is water. Are you checking the soil before watering?

    Have you checked the roots? Seeing lots of dead leaves in there makes me wonder if it could be a little moldy. Wait till it’s dried out again and pull it out of the pot. Your stems are looks nice and fat. Great start! New growth is a good sign.
