I’m new to having plants and was told succulents were a good first start. I saw this group of succulents and thought it was so pretty and had to have it. I got it around Christmas time and so far it’s been good. I just want to know any tips or advice from people who know more than me because I want them to thrive. I have not repotted them and was told by the store employee I wouldn’t need to but I’m wondering if I should repot at least one of them? Idrk I need help and would love advice or suggestions. Caretaking: I have them hanging above my sink in my kitchen by the window. I water them every 3-4 days depending on if the soil is wet (I put my finger in the soil about first knuckle deep) they get about 5/6hrs of direct sunlight because of where the window is in the house. Other than that I don’t know if there’s more I should know/do. Thank you in advance.

    You can probably go longer between watering. The soil should be completely dry when you water. I usually wait at least two weeks between waterings

    From my amateur experience they are usually pretty sturdy in most potting situations, and that hanging basket looks just fine. I agree to be a bit frugal with watering. When I do kill a succulent, it’s usually root rot from overwatering.
