I need your help I bought myself a Birthday Present đ€ I purchased a String of Hearts at an online website and this is what I got personally I donât like the appearance and well itâs in a 2â pot terracotta. What can I do to make it look healthier. It looks a mess as if they ran out of plants and practically tie it together. And itâs not the case for the other plant I purchased. NâJoy Pothos
That is a pretty scrappy looking SoH đŹ They can be fussy but IMO the seller didnât give you a great specimen to start with. Iâm willing to bet its root system isnât very big. If thatâs the case, the soil in that size pot will stay wet too long for SoH. I would carefully de-pot it and set it up in shallow soil/sphagnum/perlite, moisten the medium, and keep it humid. I use things like deli cups or a plastic cup with plastic wrap over the top. The aim is to make a little greenhouse to try to encourage it to propagate
2 J'aime You are correct some of the vines barely have roots and Iâm afraid to look whatâs buried

added humidity will really help them root. i use lidded takeout containers but an upturned clear plastic bag or cup would be a bit more appropriate here. i hope you get another plant !
2 J'aime UPDATE They will send me another plant đ„°âșïžđ„č I just received a reply back.
Update: this was what I could salvage and 2 out of 3 is starting to root very excited đ„° the replacement will arrive Monday
