I was initially scared to behead my (very etiolated) Echeveria ‘Perle von Nurnberg,’ but just look at that gorgeous new growth! 😍

    Eventually when that rosette gets larger, you could behead for a much more compact cutting, unless you like the contrast between the leggy part and the crown
