Are these little white spots on my new succulent something I should be worried over? If so, can anyone tell me what it is and how to treat it?

    Disclaimer: I got this as a present from my manager during our work’s secret Santa, and I haven’t had it for more than a week or so. I only watered it once, and I made sure the soil completely dried out. Google said it could be mealybugs or mold. It’s actually been on it since I received it but I didn’t want to mess with anything right after receiving it so I just decided to give it some water and time. Any suggestions?
