Hi! I’ve never seen my Echeverría do this before. It’s gotten a little wrinkly and the leaves feel soft, cool and squishy to the touch. Is this something to be concerned about? Also I tried diagnosing it and Planta says it is overwatered, but I’m pretty sure it’s been at least 1.5 weeks since I last watered it. Can someone confirm or suggest what might be happening with my succulent?? Side note but I know I probably have to repot this soon (ahead of my Planta schedule) since it’s gotten taller, just I’ve been spending most of the time propagating it’s pups that grew at the base stem.

I would have to guess it was overwatered at some point and the roots have died that are buried. To remedy, chop off from the stalk and repot once the cut part has dried in a day or two. It should put out new roots and eventually many of those leaves will plump back up.

Also, do you have drainage in this pot?

I water my succulents maybe once a month in the winter, they thrive with a little neglect

It also looks like it’s starving for light. That can cause leaf drop too.
