   This is jade. You should consider repotting in a bigger pot.

     And when you do you can pot it deeper in the pot to cover another inch or two of the stem so it not only stands straighter but so it can get a bigger root system to hold up the whole plant.

   It will continue to lean trying to reach light. Consider periodically rotating it to keep it straight or add a grow light.
