Looks like you have an echeveria Olivia —& looks like it’s not getting enough light & water, with dried leaves below. Try a new ‘direct light’ location, if possible. Also make sure it’s watered thoroughly & water is not just running down the sides & out the bottom. Poke a stick into soil to make sure, it won’t hurt it. Good luck!
