There’s something wrong with my succulent. She keeps losing leaves from the bottom; they may completely dry up, and some of them may turn light green/yellow as seen in the picture. I have made sure not to overwater, so otherwise I don’t know what’s wrong. Should I move her away from the window? Maybe it’s because there’s a radiator underneath the window and the heat is affecting her? I just can’t seem to keep succulents alive and healthy. Please help :(

I had leaf drop on my crassula ovata cuz it wasn’t getting enough light. Not sure about the radiator though.

Looks like possibly overwatering to me. Historically, I’ve had the lower leaves of succulents get heavy/swollen (and occasionally depending on the species - mushy) if it’s not completely drying out between waterings and in a pot that allows good drainage.

It doesn’t look leggy at all and so I’d say overwatering. What kind of mix is she in. Are you letting her dry out completely before watering? I’m not sure about the radiator. I would think she’d like it being a succulent but just in case check the root system. If it’s too hot maybe you can put something under she as a barrier.

Just an all purpose compost. Should I repot her into a special kind of mix? And yes, I’m letting her dry out completely 100% between waterings, which is why I’m perplexed as to what is wrong.

Looks like you have other plants there too. If the radiator is too hot then I’d think it would be affecting the other plants as well. IMO
