Does anyone know the name of this succulent? I’ve tried looking it up and looking through succulents on the app. But I can’t seem to find a match of what it is.

Those aren’t Graptoveria. They’re sempervivum or house leeks, also called hens and chicks. Hardy down to -20F degrees at least.
