My cactus has bloomed once around this time last year and nothing ever sense:( Help *The photo is from last year*

Everyone says they need a lot of sunlight to bloom. And some say tomato fertilizer works best. 😊🌵☀️

Mine bloomed all last winter, as well. Nothing yet, but it spent the last few months growing up an inch. Hold on.
