Does anyone know the name of this plant. It looks long for a kalanchoe humiliation

      But is it normal for it to look this tall it doesn’t bother me. But pictures looks more compact

      It’s probably a little etiolated. That’s also why it’s so green and hard to see it’s purple stripes. You seem to have it in a good spot, I would just repot directly into the terracota pot and let it be 👍 Just make sure your potting mix is ridiculously well draining. We are talking at least 50% draining material (pumice, granite, perlite, etc) and 50 % soil.
