It’ll be fine. Just clear the dirt off the leaves and you can try to propagate the leaves that came off and start a new plant.

Send the picture to the seller and request a refund. That’s damaged goods.

My tip is: Email them. Call them. And chew them out for such a disgraceful way of transporting those babies to you. Tell them you want your money back and that because of the poor shipping state that they sent them to you that you will not be able to send them back. I have purchased plants via Etsy from multiple vendors. Only 1 sent me plants that were so badly packaged that I did what I am suggesting to you.

As for your plants. It looks like there are three babies grown from leaf droppings. And you have 3 leaf droppings. I hope you have a lot of light because these guys need LOTS OF LIGHT. And they drown easily as children

I’m having trouble writing Comments on my Iphone 11 with ios 17. The box to type a comment is a line and a half tall so I wind up not being able to get to the bottom of something to edit a message and add more. That’s a blessing when I cannot type. ☺️ Ahh now I can see a bigger box now that I added a picture. The image is of leaf droppings from my succulents that look just like yours. I just give them as much light that’s available from my windows facing west because I have no southern facing windows. The original two were huge when I purchased them but in such bad condition that I asked for that refund. I’m not the best with these guys. They are very hard for me to care for here in Philadelphia. My soil looks as dehydrated as your soil too. I’m not sure bow that happens, when the water is so stripped evaporated from the soil it just about floats on water when watered.
