    More light probably. Did you use chunky soil or a soil specifically for succulents? How often are you watering

      I used a soil specifically for succulents, I think it may be a combination of overwatering + not enough sun

    It definitely needs more light. The flattened leaves and etiolation (stretching) are symptoms of this. Leaves falling off could be over or under watering, hard to say from one picture. What kind of soil? How often do you water? Terracotta pots dry out faster, that looks like terracotta?
