Hi! Some of the oldest leaves of my pickle plant have developed these brown spots. I also noticed the shape of these larger leaves seem like the plant has maybe less moisture retained. Does this look like rot? Underwater or overwatering?Natural aging? It’s still growing new shoots and I try to water it on the sparing side but I might have overwatered it at some point. I have close to a window with a grow light to supplement since it’s overcast in Seattle a lot. I know it’s not the best conditions as it needs full sun and it’s not in a terracotta pot with drainage, but I put some pebbles in the bottom of this porcelain pot for drainage. Any help is appreciated!

Could potentially be an overwatering issue. I’ve seen something similar on my Christmas cactus. I was over watering it at one point and it formed these little blisters on it, that then became brown spots like that.

Are scale visible to the naked eye? Should I see actual bugs?

Yes they are very visible. Almost like brown blisters.

Thanks! I didn’t see any bugs but I think it might be rot so I removed those leaves. Hopefully things will improve!
