It’s a hybrid of a Gasteria and a Haworthia called Gasterhaworthia ‘Rosava.’ I used the plant identification feature in the Photos app on my iPhone to find an internet images close to your photo. The Photos app showed several Haworthia and Gasteria images together. I combined both of these plant genre’s in a single query because the plant looked like both. I found the term Gasterhaworthia under several websites! It was worth searching to find such an interesting succulent! Two ways to propagate is by leaf cuttings or offshoots. Leaf cuttings need up to 2 months to dry the cut area before planting. Then, 1 month to 2 months to get baby plants. The offshoots are similar to spider plant babies that grow from the flower stalks. Plant the off shoots when aerial roots form.

Wow, thanks so much for finding all that info! I’m not usually into succulents, but saw this little guy at a nursery and had to take him home for some reason! 😆

The previous pic shows the red tint on the plants caused by sun stress. I thought Rosava could be referring to a rose tinted coloring. But, found no verification of this or translation with this. I found there is a Rosava River in the Ukraine by the same name not far from Kyiv. Probably coincidental, but, I don’t know. The significance of this river is the location of the oldest still existing architectural structure built by pre-historic man! The structure dates back to the period from 12,000 BCE to 23,000 BCE, is domed shaped, built from many mastodon bones/tusks weighing hundreds of pounds each and the structure contains a hearth for cooking/warmth! I went down a rabbit hole with this search! 😂 I hope you upload a picture when it blooms. This is a slow growing plant per the search results. đŸȘŽ
