So, a few weeks ago my hens and chicks pot got a ton of rain!!!! Realized the pot was not draining. The soil has remained wet and is not drying out. Do I need to repot them into fresh dry soil? They are surviving and I don’t see any dead leaves. Thanks

Yes definitely replace it with new dry soil. The longer the wet soil sits the better chance for root rot!

It’s planted far too low in the pot which blocks a significant portion of light.

Yep, that’s how much water and soil poured out after the big rain.
