Hey! I’ve had this aloe plant for a year now but the bottom 2/3 have started turning black and drying out. I thought it was dying but then this babe popped up a few days ago. Any ideas on what’s wrong and how to save the Moma?

Make sure that the soil is completely dry before you water again, Aloe Vera Plants only soak up little bits of moisture at a time, so they do not need to be watered every week, at least in my experience! Also, make sure the pot has drainage holes and that your plant is getting lots of indirect Bright light!!

Let it sit out for a couple days and then repot in succulent soil wait a day before watering. Water thoroughly and then hold off watering until it is completely dry. Baby can come along or if it’s big enough you can repot it.
