Hello, My Echeveria plant is not in a good shape. It is a bit damp at the bottom but top layers are dry. It gets plenty of light and the temps are in the 90’s-100’s. Our climate is dry with humidity lower than 20% There is a ceiling fan close by and the A/c vent is high up. It is located in the kitchen which stays about 78-80 degrees right now. Can anyone tell me what do to save it?

It’s possible that water is hanging around the roots for too long. The soil around Echeveria needs to drain pretty quickly or the roots may start rotting.

I don’t think it’s retaining enough moisture they can tolerate upwards of 80%
