Just bought this 3” snake plant at Home Depot labeled Bella Sansevieria, they name everything small “Bella” at HD so I’m wondering what the actual species is. I see quite a few with cylindrical straight arms. Can anyone help identify?
I’m pretty sure the scientific name is Dracaena Stuckyi. I hope that helps. 😁
いいね 1件 Unfortunately I can confirm it’s not that. It said on the tag it’s a type of Sansevieria. The closest I’ve found is Sansevieria cylindrica but i feel it doesn’t look exactly the same

So fun fact, sansevieria we’re recently reclassified as dracaena!! I’m not sure exactly the type, but it is both a Sansevieria and a Dracaena :)
4件のいいね Does that mean there’s no such thing as a Sansevieria any more or is Sansevieria just something more specific now?
0件のいいね Oh well. I tried 😅. I hope you find out the type. 🙂
