Hey everyone! My Echeverría seems to be overwatered. I removed her from the too damp soil and she is now drying. I removed some of the most waterlogged leaves but I’m wondering if she is beyond saving. See signs of rot :/ anyone got any suggestions?

You can rinse off that dirt to get to the bare root and let it dry out a couple of days. You might spray with some hydrogen peroxide. Replant in succulent soil, I do a mix of cactus jacks and bagged succulent mix. Plant it and wait a day before thoroughly watering and then don’t water again until it is completely dry. You can also propagate a couple of those healthy leaves. Just lay them on the soil.
