    If it’s squishy at the base, cut it off.

    If it’s squishy at the base of the arm then cut it off, otherwise it could be a animal that chewed the side or just wear and tear.

    If it’s squishy, then yea, but it doesn’t look like it’s rotting to me. It seems like it just got slight damage. Keep an eye on it:)
