What is wrong with this guy? Seems like it’s sick down at the bottom? I found a couple little mushrooms that sprouted up in the middle of the pot too. I’m assuming that means it’s getting too moist & humid? The other plants in the pot look fine. I’m planning to transfer them to terracotta pots. But I’m worried it’s like diseased or something?

It looks like the whole container needs way more sun they are all etiolating (stretching towards the light). And the plant your worried about- those are old leaves that are drying out on the bottom, happens with all succulents. But I would be concerned about the mushroom in there. Succulents and mushrooms do not grow in the same places generally. Make sure your watching your succies for any dark or mushy stems or totally jelly looking discolored lower leaves. If anything looks too wet on the plant cut it off and try and save the top. Even a few hours at that point can be the difference between saving and propagating what’s salvageable and a total loss. I’d say the terra-cotta is a good plan with some really well draining soil and then more light on them or if the window isn’t enough (12-16 hours is what I generally aim for) then maybe add a grow light if possible.
