So my plant is not doing well it’s leaves are flattened and I don’t know what it needs more of.

    Water. Ik that sounds weird but it does need more water. Also light!! It is reaching for more light. If you do not like the look of it you can behead it. Many helpful videos on YouTube!

    Sunlight. I’d chop the tops, let callus, and replant. Propagate the rest.
