    I got purple echeveria a little while but she died 🪦. And seeing this picture it is making me want to buy another

    Why do you think its not doing well? Looks healthy and gorgeous! If you are worried about the old dried bottom leaves, thats completely normal as the plant grows. Just gently pull the dry ones off. And if the stalk gets to long and leggy for you, just chop it and prop it back into soil closer to flower head.
