My prayer plant wasnât very happy in its original pot. I repotted and I think it will do much better now but the one side is like this :( ⊠any ideas on how I can help it? Should I remove the leaves that are drooping?

Itâs from stress of repotting. They are finicky. I would monitor only bc sometimes they will bounce back but you probably lost that part of the plant.

I saw one Planta member that had one that had hers on a shelf and it was trailing like crazy and very happy. Then I read somewhere that they love to sprawl on the ground. So I think this doesnât mean that itâs not ok. I think itâll take some time to collect itself after transferring and put out new growth and look more like you want. Are you watering with rainwater or distilled? Theyâre sensitive to lime.

Does it have drainage?

It has drainage now in its new pot- it didnât before but I was very careful to drain the soil when i watered it-it was being watered from my bathtub at one point đ and actually very happy! but also very finicky I never really knew what it wanted. Trying to get it right now!

Trader Joeâs plant? Itâs hard to tell from the picâare the stems on the right side yellowing/soggy? I only have two of these, but the fading of the color on the backside of the leaves makes me think itâs being placed in too much sunlight and/or being watered with the wrong water/overwatered. These are divas and will let you know when not happy. Rain water works well. If that doesnât help, Iâd snip and add cinnamon to keep the cuts from getting âickyâ. Good luck!
