Anyone know what type of echeveria this is and why one of the babies is so tall and the other stayed tucked in next to the mother plant?

      She lives in a south west facing window an gets rotated pretty frequently

      I agree with Alex. The tall one is a flower spike. They will progressively flower over the course of several weeks. It’s pretty show. The shorter one is a pup. Your plant looks happy to me. Especially if it is flowering and producing new plants. You’re doing a great job caring for it! I cannot tell the variety from the photos, but there are tons of resources online that can help you ID your plant.
