Looking for some advice with the Burro’s tail. Got the leaves in the fall to propagate, and this is how much growth I have several months later. I had tried keeping a couple of them in water to stimulate more root growth a couple months ago, but that did nothing (other than kill one) and now have repotted them into gravel about a week ago. Hoping this will help but if anyone has other suggestions please let me know, I really want these plants to work 😭

Those look like some of the ones I just laid on some succulent soil. Nothing yet but also hoping they do something 😬

I’ve read (and noticed) they can be susceptible to root rot and pests if they’re kept too moist, which is why I switched to the gravel. I think it may be a slower growing plant so stay patient, and I hope you have better luck!

Looks good. A grow light 4 inches above would stimulate faster more robust growth.

I’ll try moving them closer to the bulbs then, thank you!

But there’s tons of growth, lots of little pups! Even in my bigger plant the roots are very small and thin

UPDATE: since placing them in the gravel most of them have started to grow new roots and some leaves! I also tried moving them farther away from the light, the leaves seem to be really susceptible to burning
