    Looks like a variety of hens and chicks (sempervivum). It readily put out babies. You should be able to take some of those to start a new plant with.

      I agree with this, you ought to be able to prune those pups, leaving a stem to re-root, re-pot and they’ll take root. Probably keep the soil moist until they take root, then you can cut back watering.
