    Try changing the soil and watering it (bottom water and top water). If that doesn’t help try chopping it and propagating some of its leaves

    I’d chop all the dead bits and repot. give it a good soak until all of the new soil is wet and keep it damp for a few days. sometimes I give a little plant food to plants like this when I’m trying to revive them
