LearningPlantMomIk not sure on that. I’m not an expert with cactuses. Did your other one grow and start like that? I think it should fill out overtime since it’s still growing. But don’t quote me on that 😅

Honestly I got a grow light and once it was in the proper light it was growing like crazy!!!
