   If it hasn’t been repotted in a while you could go ahead and take it out of its pot to see if it needs a larger pot or repot in the same pot with new soil. I don’t think it minds being root bound but if it needs to be watered more often it may need a larger pot (just 1-2 inches larger than the root ball).
