Help!! My kalanchoe looks horrible on one side but has new growth on the other side. I want to help my plant baby but don’t know what to do 😣 I don’t have a set spot in my house for her so I’ve just kept moving her around.

Those babies look like a good sign of recovery. Mine has been struggling too while I try to get the hang of watering it correctly and maybe because I haven’t found the right lighting.

i also think the babies are a good sign, you could remove the struggling/rotting leaves so that all of the water and nutrients go to the babies. they’ll grow faster that way

well most plants get stressed if they are moved regularly from different light sources
