Hello all, I have this turbinicarpus schmiedickeanus with many offshoots. (more on the other side) I would love to be able to propagate these and add one to a pot for a friend. Everything I have read says they propagate from seeds. Does anyone have an insight if these will also propagate from cuttings? Thank you guys in advance for any advice!
I have one growing from a bobble that fell off. It was tiny like a pink nail and now it’s almost an inch long. I’d try to just plant it. Worst that happens is it firs

Really cool plant. I have one nub (named President Kang lol) that is doing well. Based on growing its cousin - the bulbous spruce cone - from two nubs, put it in the ground, watch it go.
