This is my hopeful sempervivum. It’s been growing very actively, but not in the way I expected. It’s stretching up and tilting a little to the side, which tells me it isn’t getting enough light. It sits under a grow light about 6in above it (technically, it’s under the LED hood of an Aerogarden) and is positioned right up against a corner with east-facing and north-facing windows. Do I need to move it elsewhere? Unfortunately this is the brightest spot in the apartment. Any advice would be appreciated!

it looks like the stretching is only happening to the bottom leaves, which means the top leaves are just getting in the way. the leaves seem pretty compact, so overall this seems like a pretty natural issue. if it really bothers you, you can 1) angle the light so that it hits both the top and sides of the plant or 2) keep the light where it is and place something around the plant to reflect the light on the sides, like white paper
