I am new to cactus. Can someone confirm what I have ? Got this little guy for a steal at my local nursery. Suggestions on care would also be helpful.

I believe it is a Dog Tail Cactus

Turns out it’s a peanut cactus (Echinopsis chamaecereus) Not exactly what I was hoping for but it will still be cool.

I love these! I want one so bad, but they are a little pricey online and my local nurseries never happen. What a score!
