Hey! I recently bought this Aloe and this specific leaf was somewhat bent when I got it, but I left the house to go on a date, and when I came back I found that a family member accidentally snapped the front of it. The back is still intact (as seen in the photo), but i’m not sure what to do with it. I added this bit with toilet paper to temporarily hold it together until I have more feedback. Should i remove it? Should I keep it? How should I care for it? Thanks!

Use it on someone with a sunburn! Lol. But also, my cat snapped off a giant leaf of my Phalaenopsis orchid (was about 3/4 separated but still hanging on), and I thought why not try super glue since they use it to mend flesh on humans. Worth a shot. A month later now and zero browning or scaring or anything. Healthy green productive leaf. Just one little dot of glue and you’d never know anything ever happened. Am amazed. Try it!? 🤷🏻‍♀️

That’s amazing! Never even thought of doing that before! On the flip side, I usually think of those as survival scars intrinsic to the individual’s life story.
